About the Client

Our client is a big energy company which has it’s headquarters in the center of Brussels.
Its expertise covers a wide range of disciplines, including electricity, instrumentation, mechanical engineering, piping, automation and maintenance. The IT team aims to become the partner for all IT related matters for all the different divisions and supporting teams within the group.

 

Job Description

You support the service delivery manager as a more technical coordinator.

Following tasks will be part of your daily work:

- facilitate releases & follow-up on incidents and changes.

- monitor & report performance of the service levels and manage communication, facilitation and coordination of teams in crisis / difficult situations

- contribute to the management of the internal database systems to accurately reflect service, system & vendor records.

- Follow up the budget of services' contract.

- Manage relationship with third party and outsourced teams.

- coordinate functional interactions to support implementations of projects.

- acquire a comprehensive understanding of the product and service offerings.

The effective candidate must be willing to take initiative and learn continuously with minimal direction. Be able (and willing to) create documentation for support cadences. And to work on innovative ways (through the respect of the set framework) to streamline templates, processes, and tools.

Besides that, the IT service delivery coordinator will be in contact with the CIO, the infrastructure teams, the business divisions and supporting teams and the several IT projects.

- Languages:

                French or Dutch: Fluent

                English: Fluent

 

- You have at least 2 years of experience in ITSM (service desk, servers, DB’s, protocols)

- You have at least of 1 year of experience in application management and/or support of guidelines

- You have some knowledge of Cloud solutions and connectivity

- You have an understanding of ITIL V3 Foundations

- Software: MS Office
- Nice to have: Any knowledge about ServiceNow, Sharepoint and Agile
